Welcome to the New Vortex Booking Request website!

Please follow the below instructions.

To complete your booking request, please complete the following steps:

  1. Enter your customer account code. If you do not have one, check your routing letter from your customer. If you still do not find it, contact shippertechsupport@vortexfreight.com.
  2. Select the company name / city / state of the shipper from the drop-down in the “shipper” field.

  3. If you do not see the Shipper Company Name, please click the “New Shipper Request Form” in the right side of the page. Note: this will result in a slower pick-up than if you are able to find your Shipper Company Name in the drop-down list.

  4. Upon selecting your Shipper Company Name, the rest of the Shipper Company information should auto-populate.

  5. Enter the Shipper Contact Information, freight ready time, and the remainder of the shipment details.

  6. Select the Consignee from the drop-down area called “Consignee Customer Name”.

  7. Enter any special instructions.

  8. Click the green “Enter Order” button at the bottom of the page.

Prior to completing the new shipper form and to eliminate potential pickup delays, please double check that your location is not in the drop down menu
